Last week I worked with two clients who are trying to lose the last of their baby weight, but still want to look cute. The transitional time is really hard, my clients didn’t want to look like they were pregnant, and also didn’t want to spend a lot on their transitional wardrobe. My clients wore sizes 8 and 10 and pre-baby were sizes 2 and 4. When looking for tops for them, I made sure that:
1. The tops had ruching, which helped hide their trouble areas
2. Fabrics that were not clingy
3. Tops that were not too flowy
4. Versatile tops, that could be dressed up or down
I was able to find a couple items on sale and that could also be worn into spring. Below are some of the tops that I found.
